Write to hello@maudmoon.com and a person from the studio answers, usually within one working day and always within two.

What we can help with

• Choosing a size or a pair. Send a photograph of your wall and we will tell you which size fits and which two works hang well together.
• An order that is on its way. Give us your order number and we will tell you exactly where it is.
• Something arrived damaged. Send a photograph of the piece and of the outer box within 14 days of delivery. A replacement goes into production the same working day, free of charge.
• Press, retail and styling. We are genuinely happy to hear from you. Tell us what you need.

Where we are

Maud Moon is a design studio based in the Netherlands. Your canvas is printed and framed in the workshop closest to your delivery address, which is why parcels arrive from different countries.

We answer in English, Dutch, German, French and Spanish.

Before you write

Delivery times, sizes, frames, returns and how the work is made are all answered on the questions page. If the answer is not there, that is our fault and we will add it.
