Made to order, so please choose carefully

Every Maud Moon canvas is printed, stretched and framed after you place your order. Nothing is picked off a shelf. That means we cannot accept a return simply because you changed your mind about the piece or the size, and we would rather say that plainly here than hide it at checkout.

Take a moment with the room photographs on each product page, and with the size guide that shows all three sizes drawn to scale on a wall. That is the easiest way to judge scale before you order.

Your right of withdrawal

Under EU distance selling rules, goods made to the consumer's specification are exempt from the standard 14 day cooling off period. Every Maud Moon piece is produced only after you order it, in the size and frame colour you choose, so this exemption applies.

Cancelling before production starts

You can cancel for a full refund as long as your order has not entered production. Production usually starts within a few hours of your order, so write to hello@maudmoon.com as soon as you can, with your order number.

Damaged or faulty, we replace it

If your canvas arrives damaged, or there is a printing fault, we replace it free of charge. No return shipping, no argument. Send a photograph of the piece and of the outer box to hello@maudmoon.com within 14 days of delivery and a replacement goes into production the same working day.

Wrong item

If you received a different work or a different size to the one you ordered, that is on us. Send a photograph and we will ship the correct piece and tell you what to do with the wrong one.

Refunds

Where a refund applies, we pay it back to the original payment method within 14 days of agreeing it. Bank processing can add a few days on top.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here limits the rights you have under consumer law in your own country. If you believe your situation is different from the above, write to us and we will look at it properly.
