We ship worldwide

Maud Moon delivers to almost every country in the world. Your order is produced in the print workshop nearest to your delivery address, which keeps transport short and delivery times sensible wherever you are.

What shipping costs

Nothing. Shipping is free to every country we deliver to, and it is already included in the price you see.

Production time

Every canvas is made to order. Production takes 5 to 8 working days before your parcel is handed to the carrier.

Delivery estimates after production

Netherlands and Belgium: 2 to 4 working days
Rest of Europe: 3 to 7 working days
United Kingdom: 3 to 6 working days
United States and Canada: 4 to 8 working days
Australia and New Zealand: 5 to 10 working days
Rest of the world: 7 to 15 working days

These are estimates for the carrier stage, counted from the moment your parcel ships. Customs handling can add time in some countries.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email the moment your parcel leaves the workshop. If it has been more than 10 working days since you ordered and you have not heard from us, write to hello@maudmoon.com and we will chase it.

Duties and import taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties or local taxes may be charged on arrival by your own customs authority. Those charges are set by your country, not by us, and they are not included in the price you pay here.

Packaging

Framed canvases travel in a rigid corner protected box, wrapped in tissue, with the collection card for your piece tucked inside. No plastic wrap.

Wrong address

Because we produce on demand, we can only change a delivery address in the first few hours after you order. Write to us straight away if something is wrong and we will do what we can.
